All About the site...

Hello Everyone,

This is really a site that, in my opinion, has been a long time coming. I have seen a few around, different things have happened, but I realize now that Active Duty folks just don't have the time.

I recently separated, and am doing my absolute dream job as a Sr. Web Developer, so I don't have the time either, but I am going to put first, what need to be put first, and that is the "troops". Past, Present, or Future. I assume you found out about this site from another POL troop or maybe the Yahoo Group but I want this site to be what the Yahoo Group is, and more. I love the Yahoo Group, you should definately go sign up for that group, but I will be updating this site, hopefully with everything on that site, and more.

I want there to be a Job Search on here, a page of "POL Friendly" employers, and hopefully contacts there at the companies. I was a Forum, where we can all discuss different issues in all the different stages of your POL Career. Wheter you are just enlisting, active duty, transitioning out, a civilian, or whatever else I forgot, I want you to have a place to get info. If you are looking to file a VA disability claim, and want to here opinions, or suggestions, you need a place to get some good info about it, from people who have been through it already.

Basically, I want this to be the POL Mentor's page... hahaha Anyways, let me know what you want, and think. I am also going to try and become partners with someone who makes coins, and have everybody scan in images of their POL Coins, and create a database of ALLLLL the POL coins we can get our hands on, and have the coin maker, have them available for order. (I don't know how we are going to go about this, but any POSITIVE help, would be appreciated!)

BTW... (By The Way...) I have created two different stores online where we can order POL products. I want your opinions on what you want! I can literally do just about anything you can imagine between the two stores, so let me know what you want, and I will put it up there. If you want it, theres a good chance somebody else out there does too.... Here is the two stores:
